We offer standard shipping across the continental US, typically arriving within 5-7 business days. Shipping is free on all orders over $150, while a flat rate of $10 applies to smaller orders.
What is your return policy for outdoor gear?
We accept returns on unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for safety reasons, certain climbing and technical gear may be subject to final sale terms.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, Snow Peak products are built to last. We offer a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship to ensure your gear performs season after season.

How can I track my order once it has shipped?
